Who we are

Hekima za Kingo is a community platform built around the book Hekima za Kingo by Ambassador Waziri R.S. Kingo. It is not an official app of the Government of Tanzania or of any Ministry. Contact: info@hekimazakingo.co.tz.

The mobile app collects no personal data

The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. Everything you do in the app stays on your phone:

• Your settings: your chosen language, the quotes you save and your reminder time are stored on your device only. We cannot see them.
• Daily reminder: if you switch it on, the app asks permission to show notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; nothing is sent from our servers.
• Quotes and search work offline from content inside the app.

Links to other services

Some buttons open other apps: WhatsApp (to join the community), Instagram and your email app. When you use them, the privacy policies of those services apply (for WhatsApp, Meta Platforms). If you join our WhatsApp community, we receive your WhatsApp number and chosen language so that we can send the daily quote; send STOP at any time to unsubscribe and be removed from the daily list.

Website forms

If you use the waitlist or invitation forms on our website, we keep the details you enter (such as name, contact and country) only to reply to you and to run the community. We do not sell personal data.

Children

The app is general-audience and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone. To be removed from the WhatsApp list, send STOP, or email us and we will delete your record.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.

Programu haikusanyi taarifa binafsi

Programu haina akaunti, matangazo wala zana za kukufuatilia. Kila unachofanya kinabaki kwenye simu yako:

• Mipangilio: lugha, nukuu ulizohifadhi na muda wa kikumbusho vinahifadhiwa kwenye simu yako tu. Hatuvioni.
• Kikumbusho cha kila siku: ukikiwasha, programu inaomba ruhusa ya arifa. Vikumbusho vinapangwa ndani ya simu; hakuna kinachotumwa kutoka seva zetu.
• Nukuu na utafutaji vinafanya kazi bila intaneti.

Viungo vya huduma nyingine

Baadhi ya vitufe vinafungua WhatsApp, Instagram au barua pepe yako; sera za huduma hizo zinatumika. Ukijiunga na jamii yetu ya WhatsApp, tunapokea namba yako ya WhatsApp na lugha uliyochagua ili kukutumia hekima ya kila siku. Tuma ACHA wakati wowote kusitisha na kuondolewa kwenye orodha.

Kufuta taarifa zako

Ukiondoa programu, kila kitu ilichohifadhi kinafutwa. Ili kuondolewa kwenye orodha ya WhatsApp, tuma ACHA au tuandikie barua pepe tutafuta rekodi yako.
