Values

What he stands for.

Four principles that guide his life and service, in his own words.

    Journey

    A journey of service.

His roots are in Morogoro. From there he rose step by step to serve beside the nation’s top leaders for over a decade. Today he is an Ambassador and Permanent Secretary. Through it all he kept writing and mentoring the young: titles come and go, but humanity remains.

      For Young People

      A leader who builds leaders.

His essays on youth, discipline and humanity spark wide conversation online. His message is simple: elders must build the young, and the young must build character.

I have made it a habit to listen to young people, to see their innovations, to advise them and to help them.
